    Effective Iron Supplement for Long-Term Use

    I've been taking this liquid iron supplement for several years now. I've tried different brands and forms of iron supplements, but none of them seemed to work for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and my body doesn't always absorb supplements well. This is the only iron supplement that has consistently worked for me, and my lab results prove it.I take it first thing in the morning along with fruit that contains Vitamin C to help with absorption. Since starting it, I've noticed I have much more energy. I've struggled with low iron for most of my life and didn't really address it until the past few years. As I've gotten older, I've become much more focused on taking care of my health.

    First supplement to actually raise iron levels effectively - tastes great

    I have had pretty stubborn anemia for years which isn't helped by my almost vegan diet. I've tried many iron supplements in different formats and they have not worked for different reasons: Prescription strength tablets - too , constipating, Over the counter tablets - no effect on iron levels, gummies - made teeth stained and tasted horrible, other liquids - had other added ingredients that interfered with medication. This ONE - TASTES GREAT, JUST IRON, and ACTUALLY WORKS

    Doesn't hurt my stomach

    This is the only iron supplement that's doesn't hurt my stomach. I take it everyday. Haven't had labs yet to see how well it's doing. Will update if no progress. Taste is good, maybe a little tart after taste but worth it so far.

    It tastes so good!

    I started taking this after my son recommended it to me. I am a vitamin person, so I tried it. It is not only organic, it's also vegan if you're into that kind of thing. It goes in the fridge once it's opened. The biggest difference between this liquid iron and others is the taste!! Seriously, I would just drink it to drink it. Best not let kids get to it since they could get too much iron accidentally. It's really that yummy to take a spoonful! Unless you don't like berries. I can't help you there.
