    Finally Feeling "Normal" Again Postpartum

    What I truly liked about this piece is that it is effortless to swallow, unlike other prenatal vitamins. It has no coating or funny aftertaste. I feel favor it does the job better than my worn vitamin.

    Disclaimer: The tablets are larger and taste like vitamins. I don't have a problem swallowing pills and I don't really care how it tastes, so I don't have any issue with it, but wanted to mention it! They also do cause pretty intense gas. Hoping that will pass as my body adjusts to taking these daily.I have been taking my regular prenatals (different brand) for the first 6 months postpartum. I never really felt refreshed or productive. I have been taking these for about a week now and suddenly I feel energized. I feel like myself and like I can focus better and get things done without feeling like I need a nap after 10 minutes of work. As an added benefit, I love that these help me ensure that my baby is getting proper nutrients from my breastmilk.I did notice that the dose of Vitamin D is rather low so I am going to begin supplementing that in addition, but otherwise this is a great choice of supplement for postpartum!

    Okay so I just got them but orange gummies are gross to me BUT THESE BAD BOYS are absolutely DELICIOUS! If you are thinking about it the purchase purchase buy!!! I think it's the lemon mixed with the orange that truly compliments each other. Better than choking on that big pill!

    Wonderful supplement

    Properly to start I have pcos as you can see I was 90 something days late for my period I've been taking these for two weeks and I'm happy to say that it finally started I started off taking 1 a day for a week and then on week two two a day I can not swallow pills so I open them and put them in my juice it does not taste inferior at all does kinda leave a nasty after taste for a second ... I have not been feeling a variation in general besides some stomach cramps I started off two days before my period started very lightly spotting (which I e never done before ) when I did have a period it just started all of a sudden and full blown this is day two and it's a lot lighter than it usually is as well as less painful no bloating no tender breast appreciate I usually get ... I also have the tea I'm not a tea fan but I have been drinking a glass every few days not every day it does not taste poor .. my husband has also been taking the men pills they are nasty to him and stink quite poor but uncomplicated to swallow the first week he was taking them he would get a sick feeling at night for about 30 mins and then it went away slowly he stated that he notice a variation in is sperm amount he says it's a lot more he also stated that he notice a distinction in his organism it felt more elevated was the word he worked with just so much enhanced he also stated he gives the impression a spacious change in my vagina as well ... he has only been taking one a day for right now .. I will come backside and update after my period goes off and start testing for ovulation (I've never had a positive ovulation test) hoping for one and pregnancy I feel pretty good and hopeful for this I pray it operates can not tell if it is helping or not but I have not been doing it routine ...
