    Vitamin C plus

    I just started taking it. The only thing I've observed so far is the color of the capsule, for some reason it fascinates me. I take a lot of MegaFoodProducts and I love them all.

    Good so far

    This Megafood liposomal vitamin C supplement comes in a 1000mg dose serving. You take 2 large red capsules per day for the full dose. They recommend taking it any time of day with food and a beverage. The size of the capsules can be a lot for some people. If the dosage is too high, you can always cut it in half and only take one cap per day. The dosage of 1000mg is the high end of what I want to take each day due to stomach comfort, so it's important to make sure any other supplements don't also contain a little boost of vitamin C or I could be taking too much.The capsules are large but easy to swallow with all that water and a little food in my stomach. So far I haven't noticed any energy level changes, but I do hope that the capsules can help with immunity, longevity, and collagen production. The quality seems high, as the company is familiar and reputable. At 60 servings per container for around $32, it is a fairly good value for the cost for this two month supply.
