    My favorite b12 vitamin

    These are now my favorite b12 vitamins, I really like the shape of them, they're pretty small and easy to take. They are also pretty tasteless, I definitely notice a difference in my overall mood when I take them. I also really like that they come in a glass bottle.

    My counts look good.

    I take Methyl B because I can't absorb B6 like I should. I have taken this for over a year and my blood counts look great. As to giving me energy as advertised, it doesn't. I have neuroma and neuropathy.
