Energy-boosting supplement
I've been using MegaFood NAD+ to boost both my metabolism and my energy levels and at the same time as I've been implementing a dietary change using Dr. Greger's daily dozen app.While it's anecdotal, in comparison to another family who's also following the new food plan, I've lost twice the amount of weight ( about a pound/week) in the same time frame.Needless to say. I plan to keep taking it. A point of caution~I have to take it in the morning or I have too much energy to fall asleep at night, which, I suppose if I were a student pulling an all-nighter, would be great.In sum, I've found it to be a good supplement to my daily food-based daily multivitamin and I plan to keep taking it. I haven't had any of the temporary minor side effects it can cause (according to research). I couldn't find a lot of research on it when I first learned about its potential to increase levels of ATP. But recently Forbes magazine published an article (December 2025) about potential benefits on energy and aging well. The author interviewed researchers who emphasize the importance of pairing the supplement with a healthy diet to reap the benefits. I. think it's likely true that the changes I've made are exponential, and I recommend both Dr. Greger's dozen food app and MegaFood NAD+ in tandem for a true transformation.
