    Doesn't upset stomach

    I'm really liking these pills I always had a problem with multi vitamins and iron causing stomach discomfort. But these haven't done that even on an empty stomach. Haven't noticed change in energy yet, but it has helped with regularity which is good. Will update in a few months when I check my labs again.
