    Yum, probiotics

    MegaFood Probiotic, Prebiotic, & Postbiotic Gummies are definitely manufactured to include a variety of helpful gut bacteria. I am not an expert in any sort of probiotic thingies, but I have heard that any probiotics that aren't refrigerated tend to not work very well. That may or may not be true of these gummies. I can't tell. They seem to have helped "smooth the works" since I started taking them.What I CAN tell you for certain is that these are delicious. They are really quite yummy. LOVE the raspberry flavor. And they don't have any bad side effects whatsoever - my tummy is sensitive, but I've had no gas, cramping, etc. Those two things mean that this is both safe and fun to try out if you want to try, especially because they come from a GMP-compliant facility. Also, even though it's hot where I am, the gummies didn't arrive melted at all, so I'm really happy with the packaging and delivery!
