    How do you rate cinnamon? I've lost over 100 pounds so far. Ceylon is supposed to be the better cinnamon and the fact that it's organic goes a long way for those that might use a good bit of it. I won't say it's all because of the cinnamon, but having it as part of the regimen has absolutely helped in my opinion. I even mix it with creatine powder that I take each day. I use it for weight loss and also food prep. It's working superb so far for both. Accurate cinnamon is supposed to have positive health benefits and so far, that seems to be the case for me. The taste is nice, even milder than what I thought it would be.
