Moldex 5010 Mold Killer is a professional-grade, EPA-registered disinfectant designed to eliminate mold, mildew, and odor-causing bacteria at the source. Unlike harsh traditional cleaners, this bleach-free formula provides a non-abrasive solution for household remediation without damaging your surfaces.
It is an essential tool for Indian homes during monsoon seasons or in high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens where fungal growth is prevalent. This three-in-one trigger spray functions as a cleaner, sanitizer, and deodorizer, making it ideal for flood restoration projects or routine deep cleaning.
It effectively treats hard, non-porous surfaces including tiles, sinks, plastic, and stainless steel. By using a hospital-grade chemistry, it not only kills existing spores but also helps inhibit the regrowth of mold and mildew, ensuring a cleaner and healthier living environment for your family.

This stuff is remarkable, we had what came across as am pleased with a strange mold or somthing on the wall of our basement in Recent house. Fyi I did spray this on concrete worked properly idk if it would hurt other types of surfaces l. It performed very well but strong smell so air out the area to outside and wear protection. I sprayed this and it turned white and basically ate it in like 30min I didnt even scrub.

Ideal for mold removal and prevention
Does a superb job of eliminating mildew. I spray it on and let it sit for a couple of hours and wash it away without having to scrub.

Functions very nicely
I applied this to tidy the jets on my jacuzzi bathtub. Nothing left to clean.Phew!I employ this cleaner 1ce per month now, and apply the tub mayyybe 1ce a week, just plenty that the tub is ready for a clean cycle.I follow the jet cleaning with regular tub cleaning which loosens all the stuff in and on the full tub making the whole cleaning process incredibly uncomplicated. After having the tub for only 6 months with occasional apply, the amount of scuzzy stuff that this cleaner scrubbed out was insane.I repeated the process the following night to be sure it was tidy as night #1 gave me nightmares of bathing in scum.Night #2 - water stayed crisp. Lemme just say that I won't EVER not use it again.
