FAQs
Why is my soap dispenser sensor not working?
Ensure the sensor area is kept clean and dry. It is recommended to install the device at least 20 centimeters away from the countertop or sink surface to prevent the infrared sensor from misinterpreting the surface as an object.
How do I make the soap foam properly?
For optimal performance, mix your liquid soap or dish soap with water using a 1:3 ratio. Using thick, undiluted soap may cause clogging and prevent the device from creating a rich lather.
Is the device waterproof?
The dispenser features an IPX5 waterproof rating, making it safe for use in humid bathrooms or kitchens. However, avoid submerging the main body in water and keep the sensor part dry.
