FAQs
What types of motorcycle chains is Motul C2 compatible with?
Motul C2 Chain Lube is specifically engineered to be compatible with all common chain types, including standard, O-ring, X-ring, and Z-ring chains used on road bikes and karts.
Why should I use a specialized chain lubricant instead of engine oil?
Standard engine oils are often too thin and will be thrown off by the chain's centrifugal force at high speeds. Motul C2 is formulated to be sticky and water-resistant, ensuring it remains on the chain to provide continuous protection and lubrication.
Is this product safe for my motorcycle's paint and finish?
Motul C2 is a colorless formula designed for metal chains. While it is safe for the chain, it is recommended to wipe away any overspray from your motorcycle's paint, wheels, or braking surfaces immediately to maintain a clean finish.
Are these Motul cans authentic USA-imported products?
Yes. Dropy India exclusively sources these products as authentic USA imports, ensuring that you receive the genuine Motul formulation designed for international performance standards.
