FAQs
What specific guitar model are you installing this on?
This bridge is designed to fit most modern Squier Stratocasters, Mexican Fender Stratocasters, and various import ST-style guitars utilizing a 6-screw vintage mounting pattern. It is important to measure your existing guitar spacing and body thickness before installation to ensure proper alignment.
Are you upgrading because of tuning issues or a broken bridge?
Upgrading to a precision-engineered bridge assembly like the Wilkinson WOV01 helps resolve mechanical wear, poor sustain, and unstable return-to-pitch issues commonly found on stock factory hardware. The upgraded steel components provide superior durability and long-term tuning reliability.
Will this bridge fit a vintage USA Stratocaster?
No, this model features a 52.5mm spacing pattern and is built for modern Squier and Mexican Fender instruments. It generally will not fit vintage USA Stratocasters without custom body modification due to differing screw and string spacing measurements.
