  Good product without extra junk

  I ordered these because I wanted extra glutathione in my system during the times I consumed kava, which can cause liver damage if it's poorly sourced. I already knew that extra glutathione made me more alert (more than I prefer, TBH), so I would know if this product was doing its job. Two hours after taking one capsule, I felt more alert but not overalert, which is a pleasant change from other glutathione supplements I've tried. So this product works very well for my usage. I'm also pleased that this product sticks to its purpose and isn't loaded with extra junk that could intereact with other supplements I'm taking. The resveratrol is a nice complementary addition...other manufacturers should take note.

  Gentle on My Sensitive Stomach

  The Liposomal Glutathione also includes trans-resveratrol and milk thistle. The bottle has 120 capsules, at 2 per day, will last me a month. I did try just 1 capsule per day for the first week just to make sure it wouldn't upset my stomach. Successfully I upgraded to 2 capsules without issue. I have tried glutathione topically and liked the results, so I wanted to try the capsule. This is easy to take with water, no detectable taste, no aftertaste, and doesn't upset my stomach even when I haven't eaten anything. It is gentle enough for my sensitive stomach.

  I'm Tending My Mitochondria, Thanks

  I've got a lot going on health-wise, and I mainly picked up this Liposomal Glutathione supplement for liver and immune support-with a side of mitochondrial maintenance. Apparently mitochondria are a big deal now, and I've added them to my list of things to tend. These bodies, I tell you. This formula from Arofum includes: • 1,000 mg of high-purity reduced L-Glutathione • Milk Thistle Extract for liver support • Resveratrol for antioxidant protection • Triple antioxidant synergy to help reduce oxidative stress and support cellular vitality • Bonus: it may help even out skin tone and reduce pigmentation. I'll take it. I appreciate that Arofum deals exclusively in supplements. It's always a little disconcerting when a vendor sells vitamins and patio furniture. This brand feels more focused. Also, 120 capsules = two months' worth. That's a win. Supplement-chasing every 30 days is exhausting. This is my first run with Glutathione, so I eased in slowly and worked up to the full two-capsule dose. No reaction is a win for my sensitive body. I've been taking it for about three weeks now, and while I can't say definitively that this product alone is responsible for my slight uptick in energy and feeling better, I do think it's contributing.
