    I wish I knew the benefits a lot sooner!

    I had no clue of the benefits of Ashwagandha! I'm always hesitant on trying stuff because of reactions. I'm excited to see how it fully helps me though. If you are a night thinker, try this! It will shut your brain down and you'll fall asleep much quicker. It doesn't make you drowsy though. During the day, it helps me with staying focused. I found out that my grandma had been taking it for over a year and never said anything! And the math was mathing cause she has not sent me any messages, at 3am, in over a year! So far, it works great. I have a hard rule with capsules and gel pills so i take gummies when possible. The flavor and texture is very good. They're nice and soft. I seen a lot of different prices but have always trusted Nature's Bounty and they seem to of been at a much better price. Will most likely end up putting this on a monthly subscription!

    Fine to take

    Great taste and easy to take. They did get stuck together but it's still easy to take out. My wife says she feels sleepy after she takes them so they seem to work properly. I don't sleep well so I can't tell if it's fully working me.
