    Tasty and effective

    No complaints about the taste - it's a supplement not candy but I think it's sweet enough. However, I did notice that it tastes sweeter when I actually need to take them and more like minerals when I don't. Some discomfort if I don't take them with a full meal. I've noticed a difference in energy which is great!

    Convenient iron supplement for on the go people

    Normally, I use a liquid iron supplement but its impractical to carry around a big bottle filled with liquid when I travel for work. So, I did some research and I decided to try these gummies. Bottle instructions states to take two gummies per day (bottle contains 60 gummies), which is equal to the spoon of liquid I take per day when I am home.I found these grape flavored gummies to be as good as the liquid I take. Only thing I would recommend for the company to do would be to make them a little more flavorful, as the grape taste is not sweet. I do like that they are not covered in sugar, but a little more sweetness maybe would be better... at least for me. Other people may find it okay.

    Highly helpful for fatigue

    So I think these have helped me a lot with my fatigue. I think I need more iron than recommended amount or I just don't eat enough red meat (which I don't) I like that I'm able to take these in the evening away from when I drink coffee because they don't have B vitamins which can keep me & you up at night. I have no trouble sleeping after taking 2

    Doesn't hurt stomach and operates!

    Tastes good and easy on my stomach. Started taking when too low iron test disallowed my blood donating. Other iron tablets my stomach really ache. These don't and only 1 per day has kept iron levels at above donating minimums.
