    Solid Flavor and Simple To Chew

    These gummies work great to help me fall and stay asleep throughout the night. They have good flavor and are easy to chew (not hard like some gummies). The directions say to take one or two of them before bed, but I would recommend starting with one and seeing how that impacts you before taking two. You can always increase to two later on. One does the trick for me. Also worth noting is that they do come in a child-proof container, which is always nice for peace-of-mind if you have kids in the house… as gummies could easily be mistaken for snacks.

    Performs excellent for my teenagers

    My teenagers go from rand to brand on melatonin, depending on what's on sale etc. This brand is the latest and it's working great for both of them. They are both taking the recommended two gummies nightly and it's working great. On the other hand, as an adult, that has middle age sleeping issues, not so much. However, no melatonin works for me personally. The two gummies are a total of 10mg of melatonin.

    Gummies have organic sugar, and just melatonin

    These taste great, a little sugar helps. They contain only melatonin, and the dose is 10mg , which is 2 gummies, so you can take 5mg if you only chew one. They help me get to sleep, and I take them about 1-2 hours before my scheduled bedtime. I can always take another in the middle of the night to help me fall back asleep. I keep at the bed side, so no fumbling with a pill and water ,just chew and sleep.

    Blissfully sleepy...

    Impressed with this product, and I LOVE gummies, so it's a win win for me. I've not tried any melatonin products and really any kind of sleep aid, except for an occasional night-time antihistamine, so was very very curious. After one gummie I noticed after about 20 minutes feeling some sleepiness coming on (I tell you, I'm a lightweight!). I'm a light sleeper so I wasn't out-out, but I felt it really helped to take that edge off. And feel good the next morning! So, overall impressed! A lot of gummies too, for the price.
