This product works well. I have been using it about 1 year. It helps me get to sleep and helps me with pain. I live with chronic back pain. It's a very good price. Very affordable especially compared with a prescription. I recommend this product to others.

This is an AMAZING supplement! I was suffering from a weird allergic reaction to Air Conditioning Units - mostly at my house more than anywhere else. It's probably a dust allergy- but point is - I couldn't sleep. Every time I was close to an air vent - I would sneeze. The sneezing would be a weekend thing - where I joked that I was "allergic to the weekends" starting Friday nights and lasting up to Monday morning. Every weekend I was sneezing, swollen eyes - felt terrible! It was horrible to sleep. During the week - it's not so bad because I'm out working but when I'm sleeping or wake up, it feels awful. I wish we didn't have to keep the AC on - but sometimes you can't always help that fact when other people need it. So I decided I had to take care of myself. Being on a juice cleanse- I wanted something from Earth to help cure me. I found Nettle Leaf and did more research and decided to buy from this brand. It was totally worth it! I was in disbelief when I was able to sleep well last night. I woke up without a runny nose or feeling swollen. I still need to take more but - I feel great trusting nature and trusting this "Nature's Way" product! I'm so glad I don't have to take anti-histamines or anything like that. No side effects - it's going great with my juice cleanse, and I'm glad that this is relieving my allergies. It's a supplement I'm glad to be taking now.

I have a lot of joint and hip problems that cause severe inflammation and stiffness. I suffered for years with doctors who treated me like I was crazy because I was "too young" to have those issues (I'm now 29). I pushed for tests and was finally diagnosed with labral tears in my hips, fibromyalgia, and palindromic rheumatoid arthritis. Shortly after this, my rheumatologist referred me to a pain management clinic. I received cortisone shots and they prescribed some pretty heavy narcotics, 800 mg ibuprofen, and a variety of drugs that treat nerve pain. It was awful. The drugs caused more side effects, depression, bloating, weight gain, heartburn, etc. My degree of pain had decreased but so had my quality of life. I was miserable! I hated the out of control feeling that the narcotics gave me and I never had energy or motivation to do anything with my three young kids. At some point, I decided that I couldn't live like this the rest of my life and started researching. I found that there was a connection between gluten increasing inflammation and that a few natural supplements had been known to help decrease inflammation. I started taking Turmeric, Fermented cod liver oil, Garden of Life probiotics, vitamin D, B complex, and I cut out all forms of gluten. Celiac's runs in my family so it was good to cut it out anyway. I also started taking a small amount of diatomaceous earth in yogurt daily to detox my body. I mentioned my problems to a crunchy friend who recommended I also try stinging nettle leaf which was odd because I hadn't heard of it before. I googled 'stinging nettle leaf for joint pain' and I was surprised to see that there were actual medical journals that talked about the positive effects on muscle and joint pain, eczema, gout, arthritis, anemia, relieving seasonal allergies, and urinary issues. And no side effects! I was sold and decided to give it a try.Almost immediately after taking it, I could feel a difference. My joints felt looser and the clicking or friction feeling in my hip joints that I usually had from inflammation was greatly reduced. As I kept taking it, it gradually increased those effects. I had stopped the nerve pain drugs before the supplements because I hadn't noticed much of a difference with them and gradually weaned off of the narcotics while I was taking this. I only took the ibuprofen as needed at that point and lost about five pounds from the water I had retained due to the prescription drugs. It took probably a month or so to completely stop them all so if you're planning on doing this as well, you'll need to be patient and give it time. This is a huge transformation and you can't do it quickly, your body will need time to adjust.Several months after I quit those prescriptions, I was also able to quit taking my prescription anti-depressant because my quality of life had improved so much. I no longer dread getting out of bed in the morning and wondering what kind of day I'll have with the pain. I no longer have anxiety about the changes in the weather or barometric pressure because every day I'm virtually pain-free. There are days that I need to take an ibuprofen but it's rare, maybe once or twice a month instead of every eight hours like I was previously!I recommend getting a large, 7-day pill case that has morning, afternoon, and night tabs. I take the nettle and turmeric in the morning and afternoon because I'm most active then but morning and night might be preferable if your pain is worse then. If you're taking a lot of supplements, the case really helps to keep everything in order and you don't have to try and remember which ones you've already taken. It also cuts down on the time required to sort them all out, which tends to be a pain if you take them 3x a day! It's also nice to have a small, portable case to carry them with you in your purse or car if you're working or plan to be out of the house all day. The best cases I've found were at Walmart.This supplement does work. I accidentally ran out of it at one point - which is easy to do when you take a handful every morning - and I couldn't figure out why I was so achy again. I thought it was the weather at first but then the pain continued and I realized at that point that I had run out. I can't say enough good things about this supplement, I just wish I had discovered it sooner!

Good stuff. Visited my son in Washington. He lives near the Columbia river at the bottom of a mountain. The wind blows down the mountain and across his property. Whatever is on the hill the wind carried causing a bad allergic reaction, after 2 or 3 days of these capsules I was able to go back outside and walk my dog and still breathe. Not magic but they made a significant difference. I have added them to my regular vitamin regimen.Dropy is about 1/2 the cost of buying the at the health food store.
