  Effective, effortless mix supplement for body and mind

  I have been very happy with the performance of this creatine powder in my daily use of it, as I try to stay fit in my mid-50s, as I need muscle recovery help moreso than I did in my 20s. Creatine I'd take back in those days involved loading (and staying close to a bathroom since it could "clean you out" unexpectedly), and expecting to gain at least 3lbs in just water retention weight--which helped the muscles keep their bulk look, but could be quickly lost when taking a break from the cycle. These days, creatine is fine for daily use to help with muscle recovery as well as helping prevent mental fog and is encouraged for almost anyone.This Nature's Craft creatine 3-pack hits the sweet spot for me in a number of areas: its almost-baby powder consistency (leading to excellent dissolving and mixing capabilities vs. the more sand-like consistency and texture of some others), lack of flavor allows it to be mixed into anything without worrying about flavor clashes, you get a lot of servings since you're not needing to scoop a larger amount. I mix it with everything to get my dose (flavored amino drink powders before workouts, protein shakes both on workout and non-workout days, coffee in the morning if/when needed). No "loading" required, it couldn't be easier to use.This brand is my go-to now because its doing its job as far as muscle recovery and not feeling as sore post-workout, they provide a lot of servings in the containers due to its powder-like texture allows for more without requiring a huge container to go along with it (looking at YOU SixStar), and is a great value for my money.

  Decent creatine excellent value

  Good quality creatine at a great price, the cheapest I found on Dropy. Likely from China but it is pure and is good for weight lifting. Tastes just like other brands of creatine I've used. Comes with a scooper for recommended dose.

This is 500g per bag, unflavored, raw powder that promises muscle growth and recovery, which I need because my "workout" is currently chasing a toddler and occasionally lifting grocery bags.My husband watched me mix my first scoop into water and said "that looks like you are drinking flour," which was accurate; the micronized powder dissolves better than regular creatine but still leaves a slight grittiness that makes me feel like I am drinking liquid sidewalk. The taste is nothing, literally, which is good because I do not want to choke down fake fruit flavor, but bad because I am still aware I am drinking powder suspension.After three weeks of daily 5g doses, I have noticed my recovery from actual workouts (when I do them) is faster; less soreness, less walking like a cowboy the day after leg day.
