    Amazing Staying Power

    The Neogen formulated mascara is not advertised as waterproof but has amazing staying power. So much so that eye makeup remover is required. I use the Neogen eye makeup remover to remove this mascara which is an excellent formula. The grooved metal wand is a very cool applicator and I like that the wand can be reused when purchasing mascara refills that have no wand. The mascara makes lashes appear full and long. It does not flake and has amazing staying power. I have refills on subscription and clean the wand with the eye makeup remover. After it dries I then wipe with alcohol, let it dry completely then put into the refill container.I have tried many anti flake mascaras and this is the only one that does not flake. Thank you Neogen.

    Love!

    FAVE! I'll never use another mascara after this one - amazing staying power and water resistance. I've had many crying sessions and menty b's wearing this and had no streaking/bleeding. Forgotten I was wearing mascara and rubbed my eyes with no transfer or smudging. That does mean it's a bit tougher to remove and requires a proper makeup remover.My lashes are also stick straight (A1 asian hair) and when I curl them all other mascaras just revert my lashes back to straight. Nothing holds a curl like this formula! I've gone thru 2 refills of this now, FYI this is just the refill without the wand so you can clean and reuse your old one

    The mascara doesn't flake or smudge and the cleaner you get nourishes your lashes and that is a must

    It's a great mascara for woman with hardly any lashes, I'm older and my lashes lack fullness. This brings me new life to elderly eyes with no fuss or mess. Even with shaky hands. Only one must do thing. You must order the proper cleaning oil to remover as it's not coming off. That staying on the eyes isn't good for the lashes. Perfect the lashes you have left. I say this for the young ladies and girls who will leave it on. As you will lose your permanent lashes. I'm sure of it. I've been using it for a while now. And my lashes are great. I do what they have said. I clean my lashes at night if I wear the mascara during the day. It nourishes my lashes great products.
