This is a watery-type toner with niacinamide to brighten and smooth skin. This is formulated without added scent or fragrance which I always love! I ran it through a beauty app and it did say it wasn't cruelty-free or vegan so that is disappointing. But it is fungal-acne safe (it specifically says it helps fight acne.) It also says it may trigger rosacea outbreaks so you might want to avoid if you have rosacea!This feels great on my skin and seems to be helping with a recent acne breakout I have on my cheeks from a pore-clogging product I used recently. I get occasional dry skin (I have combination skin which gets more oily in the summer) and it hasn't seemed to dry it out too much so I think the combination of ingredients is both pore-minimizing and hydrating. I think it's a great toner that most people could benefit from, especially if you are looking to brighten your skin, fight acne or oily skin and large pores or just need a good all-around toner. I've been using this Neogen Next Glow Pore Refining Toner for over a week, and I really love it so far!Neogen is a brand that I have tried a few things from and that I have had a great experience with. They're a well-known Korean beauty brand and have very reliable, effective, and great quality products. This toner is no different. I was interested in trying it because I I've noticed my skin, while clear, has been looking a bit dull lately. I also have some pores on my nose that I thought might benefit from it, especially as we move into the heat of summer. My skin loves niacinamide as an ingredient in general, but I haven't seen a toner pair it with collagen and a lot of the other ingredients in this like adenosine, coffee extract, different weights of hyaluronic acid, etc. I also liked that they provided some specific target percentages for improvements to expect in skin based on studies, though I know to always take those with a grain of salt when it comes to verifying the information.This toner arrives in a clear, frosted plastic bottle stored within a cardboard box that has details clearly printed in both Korean and English. You receive a generous amount, with 7.10 fl. oz. The cap to the bottle seals tightly and it does not leak.The toner has no added scent/perfume/fragrance, which I absolutely love about it (and all the Neogen products I have tried to date). You can either apply it to a cotton pad and then to the face, or you can do what I do and pour some into your hand and apply with fingers. The texture is very watery and runny so don't pour too much or you'll probably miss adding some to your face. It absorbs very quickly and feels totally weightless. It layers wonderfully with all serums, ampules, moisturizers, creams and sunscreen I've used after. There is no pilling or peeling of layers. I can apply multiple layers of this without an issue. When applied, my skin feels comforted, plumped, smooth, and just really good in general. I've had no irritation, breakouts, or redness from this. My skin is dry and soaks this up easily. It doesn't make my skin feel oily after a while or make anything break down after it either. Somehow, also seem to notice a difference in how long my makeup stays on when I use this-not sure how, but I do. I am very blessed to say that my skin has always been clear, but this has helped to impart a bit of extra glow to my face.I highly recommend this for all skin types. It's gentle, effective, a great value, and it just works!

This Neogen Next Pore Refining Toner feels refreshing and hydrating.I've been using this after Neogen Foam Green Tea Cleanser. It has a watery consistency and no noticeable smell. It's a little tacky when wet but absorbs after several light pats.I like that the ingredients are hydrating and include hylauronic acid, collagen, and niacinamide. My pores seem a little less noticeable and my skin feels silky. Glad I tried it.
