  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Hold the container 4 to 6 inches away from the skin and spray liberally, spreading evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure.
  3. Do not spray directly onto the face; instead, spray into your hands first and then apply to the face.
  4. Rub in thoroughly.
  5. Use in a well-ventilated area and do not apply in windy conditions.
  6. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours.
