For the last few years, I was wearing my hair up in a tight bun almost every day, and last summer, I noticed my hair looked significantly damaged. I was also using store-bought semi permanent hair dye that may or may not have contributed but regardless my hair was looking thin and ratty. I decided to give biotin shampoo a try and this one had good reviews. I've been using it for a year now, and it astounds me at how much my hair has grown and looks fuller and healthier now. I've also been using clips instead of hair ties and I get my hair dyed professionally now, so that is also helping with the shampoo. It takes time, but definitely give it a try!

Less hairfall no more dandruff
I have PCOS and I shed a lot of hair constantly all throughout the day plus I have bad case of dandruff and my husband have scalp psoriasis. He also have thinning hair and I think he has alopecia.For months we were using nizoral as recommended for his psoriasis and my dandruff.We'd wash our hair 4-5x a week. But it was so bad. My scalp is dry super itchy with lots of flakes. My husband is red, he had this rushes that looks like swelling sometimes they carry a fuss. We tried natural remedies like putting apple cider on our scalp and other things but nothing helps.I seen a video that biotin is good for hair fall and researched on what ingredients to avoid.This is the first thing that catches my attention and so we triedWe stopped using anything on our hair for a good 5 days.
