OK, so we all have those toys that we remember as kids that we enjoyed the crap out of (yeah I said it)! I wish I could have gotten some pictures of my daughter's designs but she asked me not to post them online and so I won't. I received this piece at a discounted rate in exchange for my fair and honest review. It's got the same plates that you remember. The behind side of the plates are textured so that when you tint in your newly designed fashion model you can add texture to the clothes. This would also be good to utilize with colored pencils for a little more detail if *cough* you want to play with it yourself! Please do not be put off by the fact that I am reviewing after receiving a discount. Well I had so much fun with one of these (or one similar to this) when I was a little girl. I think she wants to get a improved grasp on it before allowing people to see any of her work. It only comes with 4 crayons plus the black crayon, but honestly if you don't have about 372 crayons kicking around your house already I don't believe you have kids! Let's be honest, it's pleasant to have a review or 2 to look at prior to committing to a purchase and it's people favor me who take the leap to try out the products so there can be reviews! Sometimes a seller absolutely needs a jump on getting reviews so people will buy their product. Just press the black crayon over it to create an awesome one of a kind design and style.
