NIVEA Creme Body Face And Hand Moisturizing Cream Rich Moisturizer With Provitamin B5 13.5 Ounce Tin

My late grandfather used this creme as aftershave but I never thought of using it myself. Until the nasty winter dried my face good and I decided to try this Nivea creme German formula. It's THICK so I thought it would be hard to absorb. I was wrong. I took a dollop of this, warmed it on me palm, and apply it on my face (after serum) before bed. It absorbs nice and fast. After like a week, my face skin improved! No more itchy flaky dry skin.Then I read on Reddit that someone's late grandma used this as her daytime moisturizer. I decided to give it a go and yes, I love it! My sequence is serum, Nivea creme, tinted sunblock and done! Sometimes I apply face powder just because. But it really works. It moisturizes my skin good. Oh and I am in my mid 40s.

I'm a guy and only in the past couple years, started to care about my skin. I tried expensive mens specific moisturizers like Lumin and Marlowe. This Nivea cream works far better! It's thicker sure, but the mornings after I put it on I actually notice a difference in my skin, it often looks tighter and healthier and even seems like there's less color inconsistencies/blemishes. I had flaky skin on my chin and neck that was healed within a day or two. I don't have acne anymore so I can't confirm for sure that it doesn't cause breakouts, but even though it's thick it really feels great and has definitely made my skin look better overall. I use it twice a day and honestly look forward to putting it on each day.This stuff works so well and has almost no scent which is perfect, often the higher end creams are scented and I noticed that made my eyes super itchy so I'd only use it on areas far from my eyes which meant it wasn't even covering much of my face. I read all the positive reviews of this product and realized it's often better to go for the tried and true, 100+ year old company then pay way more for trendy nonsense that has nice packaging but does nothing for my skin. All the fancy new brands I tried either did nothing or even made things worse, either with the eye irritation or even causing my skin to feel drier!I did the math and the fancy brands I bought were up to 30x more expensive per ounce, yes 30x! I paid over $13 an ounce for a couple brands. This Nivea is .44 Cents per ounce! You get a huge, nearly 1lb tin of it for only $6-8, it's an unbelievably great price.I'm so happy with this purchase, it's one of those items you buy for a fantastic price, try and just instantly realize it's a game-changer. Thank you to all the reviews that mentioned their parents and grandparents using this for decades as these made me realize many of these cheaper, maybe less flashy brands are actually the best one's to buy.I'm a huge Nivea fan now and will try some of their other cheap products in the future and I plan on buying this product forever, I am convincing friends and family to the same. The tin got a little dented during delivery. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't much wrapping to protect the product. The seal remained on there fine though and the tin looks pretty sturdy, so I am not taking a star off.For the product itself, it does have a scent, but thankfully it isn't very strong. The scent of this is mild compared to the nivea soft (personally, the nivea soft is nauseating for me to smell, but the nivea creme is fine smell wise)Consistency of the product is thick and perfect for winter time.I find it is best to use warm hands to melt whatever amount of product you are using before applying. I am using it on my face at night time and haven't had any breakouts because of it. I have combination skin that runs on the dry side in winter so it is helping alot with my dry patches.I applied it before my makeup and didn't find it causing any piling or anything weird with my foundation. I did apply some powder though after my foundation, because my face was a little shiny from the nivea.So far I really love the product and will probably get this again.Edit:This has been some of the best cream I have found for using on my face so far. It is thick, but it dries down in about 10 minutes for me.I am applying about a dime sized amount that I rub in-between my hands and then patt to apply all over my face.

I've used this every night for years, and my mom used it my whole life growing up.It's not the easiest to apply because it's thick, if you warm it a little by rubbing it in your palms it's easier and this stuff is worth the work.The ingredients are gentle, and it always leaves my skin feeling soft and protected. It gives lasting moisture and great skin protection, It does feel a little greasy at first but after about 10-15 minutes it feels nice and I like how my skin feels afterward.

I have an acrylate allergy and this is one of the only moisturizers without acrylate. Carbomer is an aceylate in most products of this type. Nivea creme is thick and a little greasy, but it's less greasy than the few acrylate-free alternatives, so it's getting 5 out of 5 stars! This is the only one I can stand to put on my face. Everything else feels like petrolium jelly. This soaks into my skin and leaves it feeling hydrated and soothed.
