FAQs
How to prevent a baby from taking the chest clip off?
Using a dedicated harness guard like the NOMAH Chest Clip Stopper helps keep the original chest clip positioned correctly. It physically deters toddlers from pushing the clip down or sliding their arms out of the safety straps.
Why does a chest clip need to be at armpit level?
Positioning the chest clip at armpit level ensures that the harness straps are properly aligned over the child’s strong shoulder bones. This optimal placement prevents the child from easily slipping out and maximizes safety during sudden stops.
What is the chest clip lock for car seats?
A chest clip lock or stopper is an anti-escape accessory designed to secure the harness system. It prevents young children from creating dangerous slack in their car seat, stroller, or high chair straps.
Is this authentic NOMAH product available in India?
Yes, this is a 100% authentic NOMAH product imported directly from the USA. Dropy India sources genuine personal care and baby safety items straight from authorized American suppliers to guarantee authenticity for Indian parents.
Can this stopper be installed on any baby car seat?
It works with most standard car seats that feature a multi-point harness system. Note that the back of the car seat must be open so you can easily access and unthread the harness straps from the rear during installation.
