    Excellent option for pregnancy and postpartum that improved energy levels !

    I used Nordic Naturals Omega 3 supplements throughout my pregnancy and appreciate the quality , lack of smell, and pleasant taste so when I saw they had a prenatal , I immediately bought it and have been using it during my immediate postpartum period. After just taking it for a few days, I noticed an immediate increase in my energy levels and attribute this to the iron in the supplement. I was concerned the iron would lead to constipation (which can be a nightmare especially immediately postpartum after a vaginal delivery) , but the iron used in this supplement seems to be very gentle and I have had absolutely no issues. The taste and smell are not horrible and the size is easy to swallow although you do have to take two pills for a full dose .

    Fantastic option for pregnancy and postpartum that improved energy levels !

    These pills are gigantic, as most prenatals are but the tablet is scored so it can be cut in half if you need it. It smells like fish food but thankfully does NOT taste like that. I always wondered why risk it? What I really like about them is that the vitamin A is crafted with beta carotene and not retinyl palmitate. This does not have DHA but you could always get a small supplement with that. These vitamins have most of their nutrients from ferment media. The latter has been known to be associated with birth defects at certain levels but shockingly still used in prenatals. It also hasn't affected my breath hours later. Sticking your nose close the opened bottle won't do you any favors.

    Excellent selection if you're looking!!

    There's not a substantial selection for prenatal vitamins without biotin and I was so delighted to find this item with wonderful reviews, containing over 30 days of vitamins and biotin free! I've been taking this for almost a year now and it has been very uncomplicated to take. This vitamin has been incredibly simple to take during my pregnancy, I adore this vitamin and I will continue to repurchase! I have noticed that my nails have become stronger and there has been a significant improvement in my skin as properly!

    Fantastic option if you're looking!!

    A bigger pill, but nothing that's hard to take. Love these, I feel great about taking them. I cannot compare them to other prenatal, but I see myself taking these with each pregnancy I'm fortunate enough to have. No sickness from them, they don't stink, and the quality is great.
