With 1,460 mg of EPA and 1,010 mg of DHA per teaspoon, I'd need to take six or more capsules of a typical omega-3 supplement to match the same dose.The biggest surprise was the taste and smell. Usually these products are hard to tolerate-too strong, fishy, or just unpleasant enough to trigger nausea. But this one is different. The lemon scent is light and clean, and the fishiness is extremely mild. I actually find it possible to take directly, but I've been mixing it with half an avocado, a pinch of salt, and mashing them together. It goes down easily that way-and there's a good reason for this combo: avocado provides healthy fats that help maximize omega-3 absorption, especially when you're taking the supplement away from high-fiber meals (since fiber can inhibit uptake).   Now I crave pan seared salmon

  Taste is good, not much taste other than slight lemon. About an hour or 2 later my burp tasted like salmon in a good way

  This is a pleasant tasting Fish Oil

  This was prescribed by my physician to reduce cholesterol buildup in the carotids. It tastes pretty good so I will keep ordering it. It ships free and it arrives the next day, carefully packed.

  Eye Dr. recommended

  I kept getting styes and fish oil was 1 of the self care things to do that my eye doctor recommended. Not many had the amount of epa and dha that she wanted, but this brand met the criteria. The taste isn't that bad compared to others and no fish burps 🤮 I feel very good about taking it!
