    Absorption!

    I've been trying out vitamins for a few years looking for high quality and absorption. I've used a few of the powder brands and some of the really expensive brands but with these vitamins I could tell the first day that I was absorbing them. I cannot say that with any other brand I've tried. 40+ days in and I feel differently than I have with any of the other brands and my blood tests agree. The absorption is real.

    Wonderful vitamins

    I have been taking these for about 2 years now and I like them. They have all the nutrients I need, and in the right amounts. The pills are really big and taste gross if they sit in your mouth for more than a few seconds. I have gagged on them a few times and have to spit them out, but usually I can take them without issue. Most adult multivitamins are big, so it's no worse than others I've tried. I like that it's from a reputable brand too. Even my naturopath was pretty impressed with the label when she looked at them.
