    fun flavor

it's refreshing to see when brands try new and unique flavors rather than stick to default norms. Passionfruit Guava is a cool flavor concept and it's a nice little reward that doesn't feel like I'm taking vitamins. Because it's a vitamin gummy, I typically don't care too much about the texture but nothing really raised any red flags to me. It's not the best texture in the world but I personally don't care as long as it tastes fine and delivers the proper dose.Talk with your doctor to see if you need to supplement B12. While it does have benefits, see if you actually need it beyond your current daily intake via diet. While typically not harmful, you can take too much B12.This is unfortunately not the most competitively priced product, being twice the cost of Dropy Basics' gummy, and a few dollars more than the first popular results that pop up when you look up B12 gummies. The average person will likely choose those first before looking at this.

    Great taste and incredibly potent

I have been taking these Nordic Naturals Zero Sugar Vitamin B12 gummies daily, and overall I am happy with them. The passion fruit guava flavor is genuinely good, especially for a zero sugar gummy. They don't taste artificial or overly sweet, and they're not sticky like a lot of vitamin gummies tend to be.Each gummy packs a very high dose of B12, so one a day is more than enough. I like the simplicity of that, no multiple tablets or chewing several gummies at once. They fit easily into a daily routine, and I have had no stomach issues taking them, even without food. The texture is a little different from standard gummies. There is a slight firmness and a subtle grainy/crunchy feel when chewing. It's not a deal breaker for me, just something to be aware of if you're expecting a classic soft gummy texture. My biggest hesitation is the price for the amount you get. One bottle is essentially a one month supply, and it feels a bit expensive compared to other B12 options. That said, the quality, clean ingredient profile, and good flavor help justify it somewhat.Overall, these are tasty, easy to take, and very potent, but the cost keeps them from being a full five stars for me. A solid option if you want a high quality, zero sugar B12 gummy and do not mind paying a little extra.
