This HEMA-free formula protects your dip nails against chipping and cracking for up to 16 days without requiring a UV or LED lamp to cure.   1. After shaping and buffing your dip powder, apply Step 3 Activator to all nails and wait at least 2 minutes to dry.
  2. Wipe the surface of each nail with a lint-free wipe to remove residual activator.
  3. Apply a very thin layer of Step 4 Mirror Shine using 3 quick, even strokes from center to sides and let air dry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Apply a second, detailed layer ensuring sidewalls are coated and the free edge is capped, then allow to dry completely.
