    Good supplement

    I have found this brand of supplements at my local natural Grocer. I chose these from Dropy because of convenience. I trust the NOW brands... as long as you watch who they are shipped from. These are a good source of magnesium. And I am watchful of the MAG that I use based on what I need. Sleep, digestion etc. The price on NOW supplements is good in my opinion. I am currently using another supplement from them to help prevent cold sores.

    Doc put me on calcium and these were my choice. Contain D3 & K2 so I'm able to drop one pill from my daily dosing, too, always a good thing. The capsules are "normal" size and I don't notice any misshapen or broken ones.
