    bas aise hi liya tha

    kisi ne suggest kiya tha toh low expectations ke sath mangaya tha ki dekhte hain kaisa nikalta hai. par ye toh kafi sahi nikla, acidity ya occasional heartburn me bhi turant kaam aa jata hai aur bones/teeth ke liye bhi badhiya hai. maza aa gaya.
