    Not various supplements that are a game changer, but this is one of them on par with crayons or caffeine. The effect on my recovery/stress as measured by my Garmin are huge.I do recommend starting out with 1 and increasing to 2. I love the way I feel though, the tingles have grown on me. I take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. I get the skin tingles at 2 so that means my body is probably processing as much as it possibly can.
