I've been using both the liquid and caps from Zane Hellas for MANY YEARS! It seems to work well when I'm sick to help me kick whatever bug I have. I think it's a good deal for the measurements. That's how you know it has the essential oils of the oregano plant that kill germs and pathogens. Both smell am pleased with very strong oregano, as they should! If you use the liquid be very careful to dilute it properly, add it to olive oil before swallowing because it's really strong and can burn in your mouth. I love this product. I just got this product today and took two pills of it. I took the first with a glass of herbal-tea and the second with a cup of water and chia seeds, for prebiotics. I think that I can feel a difference, seems to have some potency if two little pills create a noticable effect. I have read some people reviewing this product, in the one star section, and I want to say that cause and effect can be difficult to discern in terms of bowel issues. The overgrowths can seem to pop up and go without real coherence to what is assume, in my hypothesis.
