    This is best way to get Castor oil. If your like me and don't really go like everyone else does i found through reading other reviews that if you take 2 pills right after meal this gets things prepped. I take 8 pills at bedtime with a glass of water that night.In the morning the urge is strong but comfortable you just empty out with comfort. I use diapers so I just let it happen as it wants.
