    60 capsules, 30mg of CoQ10 per capsule

    These CoQ10 30mg capsules from NOW are pretty simple, just 30mg of CoQ10. The rest of the ingredients are Rice Flour and Hypromellose used for the capsule. The capsules are on the smaller side and easy to swallow. Nothing unusual about them, no stomach upset or anything. I tend to notice a bit of a pick-me-up from CoQ10 when I take it, and I got that from this product, though I did have to take 2 of them as 30mg doesn't do much for me. It is mentioned on the bottle that this is the, "All-Trans Form" of Coq10 produced from fermentation. Myself, though, for only 60 capsules per bottle of 30mg of CoQ10, it does seem to be good quality CoQ10, however I tend to prefer a bit more CoQ10 than only 30mg. NOW is up front about the dosage, amount of capsules, and price, so I can't fault it much for that. If you prefer more mg of CoQ10, NOW offers many different CoQ10 products. For what it is though, 30mg of CoQ10 per capsule, it's good for what it is.

    Great CoQ1o0...

    I have been taking this CoQ10 for awhile now and it compares nicely with other brands that I have used in the past. I take this vitamin for both my heart and my immune system, and I feel that it is doing the job it is supposed to. These are smallish capsules, and you take one per day. They are easy to swallow, and you will feel the effects of taking these in a couple of weeks or so. While no vitamin can take the place of any physician, since my own suggest that I take CoQ10 in this dosage, it seems to have been keeping me feeling great throughout the day. I would purchase these again and recommend them to others.

    Capsule not a Gel Cap / Easy to Swallow / Quality Tested

    I've been confident in buying supplements through Now Foods for years. I especially like the fact that their supplements are GMP certified for potency and listed ingredients. In fact, NOW was one of the first dietary supplement manufacturers in the year 2000 to seek Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification when it first came available. They undergo re-certification each year, consistently maintaining an 'A' rating by the National Products Association (NPA) after an intense audit process. This is your assurance you're buying a quality supplement not just for now but in the years ahead. I bought these capsules when my Vet recommended it for my older dog. The nice feature about it coming in a capsule form is that it can be opened and you can vary the powder dosage according to your dogs weight. (SEE PICS) You can't do that with a gel cap. It's also very easy to swallow. Another thing I like about Now products is that even when you buy something from them on sale you don't end up with a purchase having an early expiration date. The CoQ10 capsules I just bought don't expire until 12/2026. (SEE PIC) I'm very happy with my purchase and I think you'll be happy too. I highly recommend it.

    Been taking CoQ10 from NOW since 2017

    First of all, I have been buying lots of supplements from NOW over the years, as I look for supplements that don't have other ingredients that could be toxic like silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, etc. but only potent pure ingredients. For CoQ10, I have been taking it since as early as 2017, when it was recommended by pharmaceutical experts I follow. To be honest, I wouldn't know this is giving me any benefits till I stop taking for a long enough to see any drawbacks as I have been taking so long, But for a long time, I haven't had any side effects and I intend to take it continuously. I requested this one as CoQ10 is one of the supplements that is staple and always demanded, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity :) If you haven't taken this, I think you should give it a try as I think there is a reason many experts would recommend this.
