    Lowered My Blood Pressure Immediately!

    I am in no way advocating these supplements as a blood pressure medication, but I can tell you my anxiety has been very high lately due to several stressors going on in my life right now, and these pills definitely helped. I take a blood pressure prescription and my readings have been quite high; 136/94, 133/90, 134/92 etc. I could feel my heart racing most of the time. I haven't taken these Dopa Mucuna pills in a long time, but I took two today just to see if they would help my mood. I didn't notice a mood change but I did notice my heart stopped racing, so I took my blood pressure reading again. I posted two pics but I actually took three readings. I thought the first reading was a fluke so I took those two more reading and took the pictures that you see . All three readings were much lower than where they've been recently. I may just start taking them every day until things start getting less hectic in my life. Seeing these numbers actually made me feel a tiny bit of joy today, and I'm grateful.

    I don't know how this particular one works since I am not allowed to take it.

    I'm not allowed to take it but had a different one that I had been taking for several months. Probably because it will make my blood pressure higher than it has unusually been lately. I dunno but I opened a capsule to inspect it and it looks like it is supposed to…I've used it before and still couldn't get out. What will be different this time.

    Would recommend with caution: Drug Interactions

    Took as a replacement for an antidepressant prescription and it did lift my spirits. I started with two in the morning and wasn't sure it was aggravating my migraines so I only took one a day. This product only has four ok additives and have recommended to others. Started getting interactions (fatigue, BRAIN FOG, then jerks) with this and antihistamines. Drugs.com: Moderate Drug Interaction Dopamine-Duloxetine. Drugs.com: Dextromethorphan (antihistamine) Major Drug Interaction. Rare, but these interactions can cause serotonin syndrome. I was experiencing many of these symptoms.
