    Keep these in your personal pharmacy!

    I bought these as I have long used elderberry syrup to help combat colds. I thought it would be easier than lugging sticky syrup around when I felt a cold coming on. I work with the public, and am constantly exposed. Sure enough, a few weeks ago I started sneezing (I don't have allergies) and my throat was getting raspy. There had been quite a few people I was in contact with that were obviously sick. Ugh. I started taking the capsules immediately (I don't mess around) 2 every 4 hours, and when I got home I followed with zinc and vitamin C also every four hours. I was getting worse and by the evening my nose was running, my sinuses were clogged, my throat hurt and I couldn't stop sneezing. I felt awful. I kept with the regimen , took some night time cold med later when I was too miserable to sleep, and woke up the next morning with my symptoms gone. I mean gone. I was still feeling a bit fatigued, but the head cold was gone. So, this isn't the first time I've experienced this, as I said, I've always used elderberry SYRUP, zinc,+c in the past, but this was the first time I tried elderberry CAPSULES and they worked just as well.So I would highly recommend keeping these on hand. Good quality product, excellent price, easy to swallow and they do their job.
