I have been taking these supplements for a couple of weeks now. All I can say is that I will be taking these for the rest of life! I am tan without laying out in the sun and I was worried it would look orange but no orange here! Also, it cleared my face up and I haven't had any pimples and it cleared up the bumps I've had on my arms! The bottle does have a strong odor but you don't taste anything! And no fishy burps like when you take fish oil!

I received 2 bottles of this on Sept 17. Just so you know I am 79 yrs old and have a bad back. I also have 3 dogs that I take on walks every day . I was doing ok with a back brace but about 2 month ago my knees started hurting really bad and I was about ready to try a leg brace. I went on Dropy and found this Astaxanthin.to see if it would help. I have been taking one tablet everyday and did not think it would help but I was going to take the entire bottle. So today I got up to walk the dogs and I had no pain in my knees and could not believe it. But the big surprise was that my back had no pain either and it has been hurting for years. I will continue with this because right now I feel wonderful
