    These capsules really help me sleep. My cardiologist recommended these to help with sleep and brain function. I can see a difference, they're worth a try if your doctor approves. I take 2 a night. My doctor recommended these 4. I haven't needed the extra, yet. They're supposed to calm the brain. They're easy to swallow and work very well.
