    Definitely helps my RLS

    I take this because it definitely helps relieve my restless legs. I have stopped using when I ran out in the past and after a while the RLS returns, start taking this iron again and it goes away. I have been through this cycle several times so I am convinced.

    Easy on the tummy

    Small capsule and easy on the stomach.

    This is the one that my doctor recommended because it's easy on the stomach. There is no taste to these easy to swallow capsules which I like. I will soon have a follow up ferritin test to determine how affective taking these were. I always take these with strawberries or mandarins to make them more absorbable. I will update my review when I receive my test results.Update: these worked. Ferritine levels up to where my doctor wanted them.
