    This combination is exactly what I use to use 20 years ago. Take ~30 minutes before hard workout stimulates the human growth hormone to increase strength, endourance, and muscle mass. I am 61 and my workouts are crazy good...30 to 35 sets in 45 minutes is the trick. Hard and fast!!! Crientine Minohydrate after workout gives the edge as well.

    As usual, Now is top quality for way low price for what it is. I have all the blatant signs of night time growth hormone release with these. Helping me lose weight (if you can avoid the midnight snack it makes you crave) and heal my tendonitis, increase muscle tone, and feel good. I'm 50 and can use all the help I can get. This is a good price (100 capsules), that is a better one (250 capsules). Either way, I'm pleased with the product!
