    Better Quality Than Drug Store Brands?

    This seems to be a better quality lutein supplement, with a lot more zeaxanthin than drug store brands. Zeaxanthin complements lutein by protecting the retina against UV and blue light damage. Multiple antioxidants combined are more effective than any one alone.

    A Small Gel Tab That's Important for Eye Health

    This Lutein & Zeaxanthin supplement has been recommended by my Ophthalmologist, who said everyone over 50 should be taking this to keep the eyes healthy.This is a small gel tab that's easy to take.I have been taking many nutritional supplements for more than (5) consecutive decades, and fortunately continue to have optimal over-all health-Thank God. Since age 11, when I learned about health, metabolism, calories, protein, over-all nutrition, as well as. the importance to live a healthy lifestyle, etc, I began taking nutritional supplements and never stopped. I'm all about preserving good health.When I turned 50, my Ophthalmologist told me to add Lutein & Zeaxanthin to my daily Nutritional supplemental plan. This one made by "Now" is the "cleanest" form (made with minimal additives) that I've found. I take it with my Calcium, D, E, K, and Minerals every day at dinner.I have no idea if there's a link, but last May (2025), after taking this Lutein. & Zeaxanthin for a year), my "distance" vision improved from .50 to less than .25 - There is no proof that the improvement is from this Lutein product. My Ophthalmologist said, by the time May 2026 rolls around, I might not need a correction contact lens for my distance eye. (I'm being hopeful). I don't notice any taste with gel tabs.
