    I love this! Normally, it takes like 5-6 days to go to the bathroom. Now using this product I go everyday. You need to be close to the bathroom though. It comes out like water. You are suppose to take 3 capsules everyday. I don't work, so I can take everyday. You might want to take this on your day off or the weekends, if you don't work then. The capsules are pretty big.
