    Mystery Solved

I decided to start taking this maker of Mag. I didn't realize the serving measurements was 3 capsules. Explosive. If you're just looking for gentle support, stick with 1 or 2. For the longest time, I just took 1 or 2. But the moment I saw that recommended dosage and I took 3 - it was game over for the bath. Citrate as I've been looking for ways to support my digestive system.

    Dissolves Easily. Read the Instructions.

This is a high standard product produced by a long standing American company, known for producing a wide array of vitamins and supplements. I mix this in cold water and find it dissolves nicely, and the vanilla flavor is fine. There are no added sugars and the protein content is just right what I wanted.

    Superb supplement

Good quality supplement for my dog. I am careful not to overdose as too much may cause indigestion for my dog. I give about 0.6ml i.e. 1/8 tsp to my dog of 7.4kg (Note: this dosage is based on what is suitable for my own dog, every dog is unique and different hence please determine the appropriate dosage for your own dog).

FAQs

What does magnesium citrate do for the nervous system?

Magnesium citrate acts as a vital cofactor for hundreds of enzymes that regulate nerve signaling and impulse transmission. It helps manage neuromuscular contractions, promoting effective muscle relaxation and supporting overall nervous system stability.

Can I take magnesium citrate powder daily?

Yes, you can take it daily as a dietary supplement to fulfill your mineral requirements. Always follow the recommended serving size of one level teaspoon mixed thoroughly in cold liquid, or consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance.

What food to avoid with magnesium supplements?

It is best to avoid consuming foods exceptionally high in phytic acid, such as whole grains and raw legumes, at the exact same time as your supplement, as they can bind to minerals and slightly reduce absorption.

Where can I buy authentic NOW Foods Magnesium Citrate powder in India?

You can purchase authentic NOW Foods supplements directly on Dropy India. We source our products directly from the USA, ensuring Indian consumers receive 100% genuine, premium-quality imported health and beauty care items.

Why does the magnesium citrate powder get warm when mixed with water?

Pure magnesium citrate powder undergoes an exothermic reaction, meaning it naturally releases a small amount of heat upon initial contact with liquids. To ensure safety, always add the powder slowly into a generous amount of cold liquid while stirring.
