  Reliable, Effective, and Gentle on the Stomach. Crafted in the USA!

  I have a couple of container garden boxes at my little condo in Florida. The only downside is that the powder is so fine that it can get messy if you are not careful. It helped a lot, but was a messy and tough process, as they had to be crushed and dissolved in water, which takes a while.While searching for an alternative, I arrived upon this stuff. The first time I applied it, I made kind of a mess. Since then, it's been fine. I tracked it down to a fungus enabled by too acidic a soil. When I get there in the fall, I enjoy to plant some cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers to have later in the winter. Previously, I had been having trouble with the tomatoes and peppers having sizable black spots on the underside. Not only is it easier to work with but it's also a lot cheaper. Last year, I bought a pack of "Tums", crushed them up, and spread them in he containers.

  Have Helped Me Stave Off My Leg Cramps 👍👍

  I utilize this supplement to help relieve muscle soreness from working out. Usually after an intense workout, I'll be sore for a day or 2. Especially paired with potassium, I truly believe this stuff does wonders! But with this: I'll work out during the day, eat a banana after I work out, then take 2 of these at night -- my muscle soreness has been reduced at least 75%. It seems to be decent grade and does not create any unwanted side effects. It truly makes such a huge and noticeable change!I generally like this manufacturer of supplements, and this specific variety is no unlike.

  Great value and results

  I first started taking magnesium with calcium and zinc supplement after my doctor's recommendation. I was told the magnesium helps with the absorption of calcium. If not, I'll just re-order the NOW company since I know it does the job for me.Tip on heading off calf cramps: While in bed, stretch the reverse muscle of the legs by pulling the toes up towards you. I later noticed out magnesium helps keep me regular and gets rid of calf muscle and foot cramps. I read somewhere that it's the citric acid in the "citrate" binder that causes an acid burning sensation, so it makes sense it'd be unsatisfactory on an empty stomach. The NOW brand magnesium citrate got me results. I must have food in my stomach beforehand or else the pill will give me a terrible stomach ache. Taking it after breakfast solves the issue.I'll be trying the magnesium glycinate next since I've already finished the NOW bottle. There's a lot of conflicting information out there so I just go with how my body responds.The NOW pills are massive as others have mentioned. It's a gentler form and I hope the magnesium glycinate will work to alleviate leg cramps and also curb constipation. I'm just amazed at all the unlike variations - and applications - just for one mineral! Someone else had mentioned the hunger pang feeling after eating this supplement and I've experienced the same. If I remember to do this exercise regularly, I can minimize the frequency of these painful spasms. I only need ONE of these per day and I rush the tablet down with several big gulps of water, with my head tilted slightly backside. When I feel a tightness in the calf muscle, I can block cramps by bending my feet upwards. I've experimented with magnesium carbonate and magnesium oxide but both didn't seem to do anything.
