    Great deal, trustworthy brand

    I can't speak to the efficacy of these because they were recommended as a preventative treatment. However I can say that they're a fantastic deal by a trustworthy brand (check them out online). They are a little large but it's still reasonable. A more slick coating would be a plus but as said it's a great deal you can't ask for much more.

    it's a good supplement

    helps a 'bit' with energy - along with some other energy supplements.i'm OLD and most days i have NO energy, but these do seem to help a little - as previously stated, with some other supplements.when i told my doc i was taking them she included testing for magnesium in my blood work, and it came back i was taking too much, so i quit the magnesium glycinate i was taking at bedtime.
