    Decent maker and getting anticipated results.

    I've been taking these for over 2 months now and I can confirm they live up to what I should expect. If I take this within 2 hours of sleeping, I have high definition dreams. The crazy, melty and awesome dreams you probably only get from deep sleep.I preferred this brand/type because it was a SINGLE pill serving. I noticed a lot of other brands have 2 or 3 pills listed for each serving. Who wants to take that many pills to reach the advertised dose?!Another point is the types of magnesium being the more easily absorbed versions. I try to avoid the "Oxide" because of how poorly the body absorbs it.Besides sleep, I think I have started to see other improvements with digestion and cramping. I used to get more cramping while I exercised, no matter my electrolytes/hydration.The only negative I can think of right now is the size of the capsule. It is definitely on the larger side of supplement pills.Something to note, and I am no doctor so this is just my experience and opinion, is that taking supplements can take 30-90 days before you start seeing or feeling results you are hoping to see. This can be a frustrating wait and I only mention this because there are so many supplement reviews where a person took a single 30 day or less bottle and said "Didn't work!". Sometimes it takes a commitment to doing more than just taking the pill. Read about the supplement and look for when the best times are to take them and with what types of food. It can have a huge impact on how your body processes them, and also avoid some interactions. I found that some of the supplements i've taken were interacting with other supplements, so I needed to change when I took them so they weren't taken together.
