    Helps me fall asleep more easily

    This melatonin works well for me. It helps me fall asleep faster without making me feel groggy the next morning. The dosage is effective the capsules are easy to take and the large bottle lasts a long time.

    Works Good for Me!

    I've been taking this Melatonin 5 mg. for about a year. Before that I was taking a 3mg dose and I did find that upgrading to 5mg helped me fall asleep even better.I've also heard there is a promising research for Melatonin to be good for our health and not just our sleep so that's a bonus. I don't find that I can't sleep without this product so it isn't addicting. If I go off a night, I can still get to sleep and suffer no consequences.I have used many products by the NOW brand and I trust them to provide a quality product like they have in this case.The capsules aren't very big at all so they are easy to take with a swig of water.
