    Hubby & I take THC/CBN gummies gor sleep. Great for getting to sleep but not sleep through the night. Researched melatonin (knew of it tried it alone yrs ago). So update for old farts like us we need less melatonin, 2-3 mg. So we take both gummy & Serotonin. From the first night slept 7 hours strait. Had been consistent since then.
